You have somehow stumbled across my little world of obsessions…. well food really. Amazing, healthy, fulfilling, beautiful food! I created this blog because I wish to show everyone who happens upon it that I love food!

My Name Is Laura Bella Dillon and I live in the little desolate land of Wellington, New Zealand. I am a student at Onslow College, and The love of my life is my cat. If you Haven’t guessed already, I am just fifteen, a small sprout of a human who needs to grow up a lot more and wants to be living every day with little (or big) pleasures in them. I live with my Mother and Father on a small farm with an overload of ducks, chickens, cats and dogs! My Mother is an amazing veggie gardener who sprouts up all kinds of organic lovely food for us to munch on! My Father Chris Is a slot car enthusiast who has a deep passion for wonderful food and a even deeper one for wonderful coffee.

The food that I will post on The Yoghurt Pot will be nutritious, delicious, and all the other words you can think of to describe goodness! Well I hope so at least. I try to make my recipes as refined-sugar free, and organic and wholesome as I can.  My view on food is that what we put into our body should not only satisfy our taste buds, but all the other wonderful clockwork in our system that makes us tick. Like our heart, brain, liver, muscles etc!!!! When you  have something to eat, why not let it be more than calories? Let it be tasty and benefit your body in the process! I am not vegan or vegetarian, gluten free, or paleo, I eat what i feel my body wants, which is mostly vegetarian/vegan food! I am flexible so if i see something yummy I don’t have any rules or restrictions! Eat what you feel is right for you, and I’m sure that you’ll be satisfied!

Thanks for visiting the Yoghurt Pot, check out my posts!
